Scissor Sisters Art has been created by a mother and daughter team who wanted to surprise and delight mothers and children alike with unique and inspiring art pieces. All pieces are completely original and hand-made in Tasmania using stunning Yuzen (Japanese) papers.

The range includes wooden ready to hang plaques, badges, silver pendants and hand-made cards. We are also happy to create 'one offs' if you need a particular size or unique design. Scroll down the page to see our playful pieces of art.

Scissor Sisters have found their Niche!

Well the car is packed to the brim and we are ready to head north to Launceston in the morning for the Niche Market. The last month has seen us all working hard on our range and it is looking great! I think my favourite is the sparrow. It's a lovely composition using our favourite pink yuzen papers on a bright blue background.

We have also made some improvements to our display and we can now show more pieces on our table which means a greater selection of pieces for our customers.

We are excited to be a part of the Niche market, meet new stall holders and see what fellow crafters are up to up North. Might see you there!
